AND CONSCIOUS CHANGE OF INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP RELATIONSHIPS
the individual facilitation process i offer you to embark on is a threefold process
to reconnect with yourself as a multidimensional being;
to reconnect with people around you; and
to reconnect with the world around you beyond your interactions with other people.
From you to YOU
From you to YOU can either be just one program or a set of programs for inner exploration through self-inquiry, soul search, and consciousness expansion.
It is a self-exploration, self-inquiry process that will begin, most likely, with someting that triggered your felt need to seek some kind of support. However, that trigger was just a tiny visible part of something bigger, deepe, and partially hidden, invisible to you right now.
The essence of this self-exploration, self-inquiry process will be:
Making visible part of what is invisible to you right now.
Seeing where in your life those parts of you newly ‘discovered’ fit.
Embracing the resulting expanded version of you so that it becomes part of your own inside-out manifesting process.
Throughout our work together, and beyond, you will have plenty of opportunities to look at yourself, your inner world, and your outer life, from a variety of perspectives, and with a variety of resources. Probably, you will be somewhat familiar with some of them, while others will most likely be completely new to you.
As you put together all the pieces about yourself that you get to look at, a wider, deeper, and richer picture will emerge to give you a wider and deeper understanding of:
Your life´s purpose
Your gifts and talents
What lies behind the major difficulties and challenges you have been facing so far.
Along with this, you will get to see part of your own inner life that you are still unaware of, and you will put together a roadmap to work with the major issues that keep you up at night right now.
Some of the resources you will have at your disposal are available to every person who signs up for the program: Soul Contract, Birth Chart, Quattuor Type. Other resources will be brought along as our work together unfolds, and they may include:
Working with inner images through intuitive painting, active imagination, dream analysis, symbol channeling, oracles and tarot.
Taking courses relevant to the self-work you want to commit with.
We will work with introspective writing from the start. Keeping a “Self-exploration Journal” will be a powerful tool that will allow for coherence and multiple layers of meaning of your own inner processes to become visible to you.
At the end, you will have gone through a unique highly customized process, as a result of which connections between all the layers of your being will come up, and you will have found IN YOU at least some of the answers you couldn’t find anywhere else before you started.

HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Take your journal, if you have one, or a piece of paper, and write down the question or questions you can´t find answers for yet.
Write down how you feel about the fact that you can´t see yet the light you need.
Write down how you would like to approach the inner work that you will have to do.

About me
The road I have travelled to this stage of my professional and personal life began in Barcelona. My first job was as a Spanish and Social Sciences positions at Aula Escola Europea. Then I went on to teach literature in Spanish at several high schools in Spain. In all the schools I worked at I began to introduce project-based learning, first only of literature and then integrated with other subjects. During those early years I completed a Master's Degree in Foreign Language Teachers' Training at the Universitat de Barcelona.
In 1996 I moved to the United States, where I lived until 2008. For the first 5 years I lived and worked in San Diego, first at a traditional high school, Mira Mesa H.S. In 1999 I joined the team that designed High Tech High, the first charter high school based entirely on Project Based Learning under the auspices, mainly, of Qualcomm.
In August 2000, I moved to Washington, D.C., where I started working at Wakefield H.S., Arlington, VA. Per the principal request, who knew my background, I started a project to restructure the whole school through the creation of Academies, at a time when the structural reform of some schools across the country was beginning to take off. We started with the Wakefield Academy for Careers in Medicine, which was a very valuable tool to guide the learning journey of a group of students mainly Ethiopian, Somali, Hindu, African American, and Latin American.
At the same time, I took a Master’s degree in Organizational Development at American University/NTL, and started applying some OD principles, resources, and methodologies in educational contexts.
In 2007 I left the official education system, settled in Philadelphia, and created my first entrepreneurial project, the Open World Language Institute, and acted, for about a year, as a small business coordinator in the Philadelphian metropolitan area.
For health and personal reasons, in 2008 I had to returned to Spain, where I continued with my entrepreneurial project, Open Your World, with several lines of work: educational coaching, organizational consulting, English to Spanish translation and therapeutic writing projects. At the same time, I got a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, and a Diploma in Psychological Astrology.
In 2016 I created, together with my then partner, the Transpersonal Centre Re-conócete, with physical headquarters in the province of Valencia.
In October 2022 I launched Reconecta & Reconnect, the synthesis project of my entire career.
